When developing a new brand or a redesign of an existing brand or brand voice we like to gather as much information that we can about either the product or the business. What the client is looking work, their likes and dislikes so that we don’t show them something that they wouldn’t be happy with and off set multiple redoes.
We sit down with the client to ask them several questions to find out who they are, what there business is all about or their product, who are their target audience is, and what likes and dislikes are. We like to do in person meetings with the client because it gives us a sense of how the client feels about their business.
We write all of this information down and put it within the creative brief.
